As part of the project, in the Transnational Partner Meeting held in Frankfurt, during the afternoon of the first meeting day, three international workshops were organized, bringing together organizations from Spain, Italy, Romania, Luxembourg and Germany. These meetings aimed to analyse common challenges in the social and labour inclusion of vulnerable groups and to exchange good practices and intervention models.
This workshop was a unique opportunity to connect with international nonprofit organisations working in employment promotion, vocational training, and social inclusion—peers who share missions and challenges. Together, we explored innovative approaches, exchange experiences, and strengthen collaboration within and beyond our region. In total, 34 people from 19 different organizations participated.
The workshops provided a valuable opportunity to compare national realities, identify shared barriers, and propose innovative solutions, fostering mutual learning and transnational cooperation.
